EVENTS MANAGER - LONDON
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Due to the continued expansion of our London team, we are on the hunt for an experienced, organised and driven individual to take on the new role of EVENTS MANAGER
WHO DO WE WANT?
The candidate must have experience in planning & delivering events, leading a team and ideally an understanding of a bar operation.
We are looking for a confident individual who shares our passion & drive for success, both operationally and financially. The individual will need to have a high attention to detail, be very well organised, have strong communication & enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Personality is absolutely key, as our success to date has been built upon our ability to have a sense of humour when it is most needed. Personal relationships are at the heart of our business and nurturing both existing and new relationships is key to the role.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will report to the Senior Event Manager in London who has oversight of all London Venues and will work with them and the team below, to deliver our bar operations throughout the year. You will be:
Responsible for the management of your own small – medium venues in London (Lords CC, Emirates Stadium, Fulham FC etc) This will involve overseeing the whole process from planning through to event delivery whilst being the client’s main point of contact.
Supporting the Senior Event Manager in the planning & delivery of our major venues in London (Wembley Stadium, London Stadium, Tottenham etc). This will include all aspects of event management – Admin, Staffing, On site set up, stock management, event day delivery etc.
WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?
You will be based in London, working mainly on site but also working remotely. We have plans to set up a London Office in North London, so when open you will be working from this office when not on site. See list of our London Venues below:

Although not your main responsibility, we run events all over the country so during peak times there will be a requirement for you to travel to other sites and help support major event days.
